1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TidySnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TidySnap provides an AI-powered desk organization service. Users upload photos of their desk, and our AI generates an annotated image with organization suggestions. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Account Registration

You may use TidySnap with or without an account. If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

TidySnap offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan — Limited to 1 desk analysis per account per day
• Annual Plan — $4.99 for your first year or $9.99 regular price, granting access for 12 months

Payments are currently processed through Creem. TidySnap does not store your credit card or bank account details.

Refund Policy: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. To request a refund, contact us at support@tidysnap.homes. Creem, as the Merchant of Record, may issue refunds on your behalf if we do not respond within this timeframe.

Early bird pricing of $4.99 for the first year is available for a limited time at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing paid subscribers for their current term.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to spam the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Upload photos containing personally identifiable information of others without consent

6. Intellectual Property

TidySnap's name, logo, design, and original content are our property. The organization plans generated for you are for your personal use. You may not commercialize AI-generated outputs without explicit permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Organization plans generated by TidySnap's AI are suggestions only. They do not constitute professional organization advice. Use your own judgment when following any recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidySnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

In particular, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of data (your desk photos are not stored)
• Downtime or service interruptions
• AI analysis quality or accuracy
• Third-party service failures (Creem, Google, Vercel)

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep TidySnap available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein. Desk photos you upload are not stored on our servers after analysis.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
