TidySnap is an AI-powered desk organization tool. We collect the following information:
- Desk photos you upload — Images you voluntarily submit for AI analysis. These are processed in memory and not stored on our servers after analysis.
- Email address — Provided during account registration or during checkout with Creem.
- Payment information — Handled by Creem. We never see or store your full card or bank account details.
- Usage data — Number of analyses performed, for rate limiting and subscription management purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide AI-powered desk organization analysis
- Manage your subscription (Free or Annual)
- Send transactional emails related to your subscription
- Improve our service and user experience
3. Data Retention
Desk photos are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete. They are processed in memory and discarded immediately.
Your email and subscription status are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@tidysnap.homes.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for:
- Session management — To keep you logged in (30-day session cookie, HttpOnly)
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 for understanding site usage (anonymized)
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Payment data is handled through Creem's hosted payment flow. Your desk photos are never stored on our servers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
